How the collection of Nose Points works

  • Any customer in possession of a free account created on our website or in possession of a loyalty card requested free of charge in points of sale Ottaviano can accumulate loyalty points (Our "Nose points") with each purchase, to be used to obtain prizes.
  • The prizes are complimentary products, divided into different ranges of points within our Awards Catalogue. The bands currently active are 250, 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 and 5000 Nose Points and the prizes in each range can only be requested by customers after the amount of points necessary to obtain them has been reached.
  • For every euro spent, you are entitled to 1 Nose Point: an order of 120 euros, for example, entitles you to 120 Nose Points. Any shipping or cash on delivery costs are excluded from the calculation. Once you reach the minimum threshold of 250 Nose Points, it's possible receive a free product of the corresponding bracket, or choose to accumulate more points to access the higher brackets and prizes of greater value.
  • Nose Points expire at midnight on January 31st of each year and the collection of points restarts immediately on February 1st. We recommend our customers to use them in time to claim any desired rewards.
  • Online users can view their points balance within their Reserved Area.
  • In the case of Nose Points obtained following purchases in points of sale, synchronization with the website is not instantaneous but it is possible to request your points balance at any time from our customer service or in the point of sale Ottaviano of trust.


What the different levels of your profile mean

  • Our loyalty program provides four levels of customers, divided according to the Nose Points accumulated over time. A newly registered user is "Perfumer apprentice". After passing 500 Nose Points the level triggers "Perfumer", followed by "Master Perfumer" upon exceeding 1000 loyalty points. The last level, "Supreme Nose", is awarded to customers who exceed 1500 Nose Points. Specific promotions can be assigned to each level and, under certain circumstances, a greater amount of loyalty points, aimed at rewarding customers who buy more.


How to claim and receive rewards

  • The loyalty points collection and management system integrated into our site is based on the generation of unique coupon codes associated with each reward. For this reason, the free products can be independently requested by customers together with the normal purchase of at least one product in the cart. To complete the procedure regularly, the customer must add a product to be purchased in the cart before requesting the free product.
  • With at least one product to purchase present in the cart, the customer can request the desired reward in their own Reserved Area or directly into the cart. To view the rewards in these specific sections of the site you must have already accumulated the Nose Points necessary to request them.
  • In the submenu Nose Points & Rewards dell 'Reserved Area free products must be requested by pressing the "" buttonApply now", followed by "Add to Cart".
  • If the customer changes his mind after selecting the desired prize (or more prizes), he can easily convert the free product/products back into loyalty points in his Reserved Area, by clicking on the three vertical dots present in the sheet of each prize requested and, subsequently, on "Convert back to Nose Points".
  • The loyalty reward added to the cart has zero cost and, being a gift, it does not in turn generate new loyalty points. If a product with a price higher than 48 euros is present in the cart, the customer can benefit from any free shipping costs. In the case of orders with an international destination, to obtain free shipping it is necessary to reach the minimum spending thresholds indicated on the page Shipping methods and costs, which vary depending on the country chosen. Immediately after completing the order, the customer regularly obtains the Nose Points corresponding to the product purchased.
  • To receive only the loyalty bonus without making any purchases, the customer must contact our customer service directly and request the manual conversion of the Nose Points into the desired free product. In this case, domestic shipping has a fixed cost of 6 euro (click here for international rates) regardless of the gift chosen and, of course, the order of the free product does not generate any loyalty points.
